The Kaboombit app

Little drawings. Big adventures.

Turn their drawings into 15-second movies you can make together.

How it works

The film could not play here, so this is a still picture of the idea.

Illustration of the idea. This dinosaur was drawn for this film; it is not a recording from the app. A real drawing and its real movie are just below.

How it works

Three steps, made together

Your child brings the ideas. Kaboomby, our friendly paintbrush, guides the way.

1

Draw it

Take a photo of a drawing on paper, or pick one you saved.

2

Make an adventure

Name the characters and choose what happens, or let Kaboomby surprise you.

3

Watch together

Sit back and enjoy a little movie starring their own characters.

Choose the look

Three ways to bring it to life

Keep the drawing just as it is, or try it as a cartoon or in 3D. Same characters, same story.

My Drawing

Crayon, paint and pencil marks stay just as your child made them.

Cartoon

Smooth colours and bold outlines, like a Saturday-morning cartoon.

3D

Soft, rounded, toy-like characters with depth and warm light.

Real examples from early tests.

Play while you wait

Can you spot five Kaboombys?

Kaboomby loves hiding. Try the same little game kids play in the app while their movie is being made. Twenty pictures, no sign-up.

For grown-ups

Made with you, run by you

A parent or carer looks after the account and anything that needs a grown-up.

  • A grown-up approves each movie before it is made.
  • Kaboomby speaks set lines. There is no open chat.
  • No public feed and no strangers. Movies stay with your family.
What kind of drawings work?

Any drawing on paper: crayon, pencil, pens or paint. Clear, well-lit photos work best.

How long are the movies?

About 15 seconds each. Making one takes a little while, so Kaboomby keeps your child company with a game while you wait.

Does it change my child's drawing?

We aim to keep their characters, lines and colours. Results vary from drawing to drawing, which is why we show real examples.

What happens to the drawings?

They stay in your family's private storage and are sent to an AI video service only to make the movie you asked for. You can delete them at any time. Read our privacy policy.

When can we get it, and what does it cost?

Kaboombit is not available yet. We will share pricing and availability here first.
